Whew. What a whirlwind.
(Am I the only one who feels like Christmas came and went way too fast?)
Here's a ridiculously long post, re-capping our first fun-filled Christmas as a family of three.
Friday, we visited Christmas at the Cove (a fun little light show at a local park). Of course, Miss Elena was dressed to impress... as Santa's cutest elf!

On Christmas Eve, we celebrated at my dad's house with family, food and LOTS of presents for Baby Girl.

Christmas was hectic (
to say the very least), but fun. We began the day at my mom's and stepdad's house for breakfast. Then, headed to my grandmother's house for food and gifts. Then, we had Christmas dinner with Jonathan's family. Yep, that's
three stops for us.
We are still tired from all the running around.

The day after Christmas (
yep, the fun spills over for days in our family), we gathered with my mom's extended family for more celebrating.

And, finally, Elena enjoyed all the goodies Santa brought for her first Christmas. She is one lucky kid, who apparently has been
very, very good in her seven months on earth. (
Note: Santa didn't bring all this stuff... most of these gifts came from Santa's favorite elves - Elena's grandparents and extended family! Santa can't afford all those toys! Ha!)
